Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Once an order has shipped, Dolled Laboratory / Dolled Supply Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Final Sale

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
