Refund & Return Policy

All sales are FINAL. By purchasing from Dolled Laboratory / Dolled Supply Co., you agree to the terms outlined below.

NO REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Failure to read product descriptions
  • Delayed shipping caused by carrier issues
  • Personal dissatisfaction once the product has been delivered

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all hair products, beauty products, and tools are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once they leave our possession.

This includes:

  • Bulk braiding hair
  • Bundles
  • Wigs
  • Custom color mixes
  • Boho kits
  • Any opened, used, altered, or installed hair

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To be considered, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the original packaging
  • Your order number

Failure to report issues within 24 hours will result in the claim being denied.

Approved claims may result in:

  • A replacement (if available)
  • Store credit only

Refunds will not be issued.
